  When the customer is treated like they are bothering them when trying to get order corrected there is an internal problem that needs corrective action. After placing order at drive through I noticed my tea biscuit was the wrong kind. I stop and go in to the counter requesting the right one. No apologies and noticing a tone coming from the prep person in kitchen area. I take 2 steps and discover wrong again as it was buttered. Returning again the tone goes from facial to verbal. I get the correct one with no sincere apology. I get to car with my husband now telling me I'm not done as he got tea instead of coffee plus wrong size so back in again for replacement. I ask for a drink voucher for our trouble knowing other locations offer and you don't need to ask. I was told they don't give out free vouchers. Very annoyed I let them know I will skip Seaforth and stop in Clinton in the future. Oh and the coffee was cold and 20 minutes of wasted time. I think the owners of Tim Hortons need to do a retrain here at the management level because these people seem very unhappy

  Please get rid of the dark short haired lady on nights. She can't seem to figure out how to make 2 XL TT's right..Like seriously... coffee (that isnt watered down),3 cream and 3 sugar! Not a bunch of sugar, watered down coffee and minimal cream. My coffee tastes awful and having to dump it after walking there and back is such a damn waste of money and time!!!...Not to mention shes rude as all hell, doesn't speak what-so-ever when spoken to, literally just ignores you and can't get a coffee right.....If it was warm outside and not -20 id be on my way back having her make me two new coffees. This is ridiculous!

  Have fun waiting in line at the drive thru, it's quicker to go inside to get your food but even then the service is still slow. The food quality is worse than your typical Tim Hortons and they somehow manage to ruin the hash browns - unless you like them barely warm and soggy. Avoid this location if you're passing through town.

  Slowest Tim's drive-thu I've ever been to!! And not just here and there on a busy day or busy time. I have family in the area and everytime I sit and wait FOREVER!! Wrote this rating while waiting in a 3 car long lineup at the drive thru!!
